Théâtre des opérations est une installation mettant l’accent sur la façon dont les technologies de l’information transforment la guerre et son éthique. A travers une réflexion sur le pilote de drone et son environnement bureautique, l’installation met en lumière l’effondrement de la figure mythologique du héros remplacée par le
rationalisme et la guerre industrielle. Il expose ce nouveau paradigme via la station d’ordinateur, brouillant les limites entre l’intimité domestique, le lieu de travail et le champ de bataille.

Théâtre des opérations is an installation that focuses on how information technologies are transforming warfare and its ethics. Through a reflection on the drone pilot and their office environment, the installation highlights the collapse of the mythological figure of the hero, replaced by rationalism and industrial warfare. It exposes this new paradigm via the computer workstation, blurring the lines between domestic intimacy, the workplace, and the battlefield.
